March break freedom
So its march break, Yes! actually it has been march break for a little over a day now, First/second day of it is almost over and it was pretty much wasted, yesterday when i had school was even more productive than today, did the multicultural show, finished my last test, watched 300, it was a good day, and then slept in til about 11 today.
300, the movie was actually not bad. wont spoil it for people who havent seen it. I'll leave my story leading up to it though, So going to fairivew with 3 other people and nobody is over 18 and the movie is rated 18A, just hoping that they dont check... 1. we purchase the tickets from the machine hoping to not be checked, 2. we pass the person who ripps of part of the ticket. 3. we see two workers standing outside the particular thetare checking id. 4. uh oh, so we fail and end a) up either watching another movie or b) watching the next movie 3 hours later hoping to find someone, we chose option b. We spend 3 hours in the food court playing cards, (apparently i've been kicked out of fairivews food court since playing cards is considered gambling?) and tryign to remember people who were over 18, we finally do find someone... but then we already stayed there for 3 hours so we deserve to have found someone.
This march break so far i plan to visit waterloo, havent seen it before, apparently its a concrete building in the middle of nowhere. March break is so short, ok this is enough of my contribution to this blog, must get back to the break.

Apparently No One Wants to Blog
My 18th birthday has passed and gone, wasn't anything special. Haven't really signed my first permission form yet, or sign myself out from school, but i did get my own ATM card... that i don't know how to use therefore don't carry around in my pocket or wallet so don't try to rob me coz you won't find anything.
The point of this post is just to say that I finally got a JOB! hahaha! Well i dunno if it counts as a job... but yah. I applied for this dishwashing position for Swiss Chalet just for fun... and the guy calls me up and says I got to job. I don't really know if i even have the time, I'm just looking forward to the experience I guess. The interview was intimidating... luckily I didn't have a past job so the interview went faster as he couldn't ask me any questions pertaining to a past job that didn't exist for me. There's a Swiss Chalet opening at STC somewhere? I dunno... but if you ever go there, I might just be the one washing your dishes. SO EAT EVERYTHING and lick your dishes clean if you have to. My first orientation thing is next Saturday.
Weird stuff man... weird stuff.
I shoulda waited until I went to the job fair at STC and maybe centreville. hahaha. Maybe I coulda gotten a better job...

What the?
I have no clue how this new version of blogger works with gmail. I JUST read the posts that were posted after mine.... today... and the posts were posted before exams... which to me were a long time ago... how i miss my 6 days of freedom.
Anyways, it's the time of year again, but this time it's different. No, i'm not talking about my birthday... that'll come after this paragraph. No... I am talking about my last coffee house at church for those who know what it is (prolly only jonathan since he's the only one here who came). With this comes stress and mad amount of practices for songs. Fun. (wish i coulda heard Jonathan's filipino song?)
18th birthday.... as i think about this a friend of mine is about to turn 20 tomorrow. Man... we're old. Makes you remember the old times.... and how we actually have old times now.... You know what i discovered? this poster...making...machine that collects all the pictures you want and prints it as a poster. I dunno if it's in wal-mart... i hope it is. I haven't actually developed any photos for a LOOOONG time and i feel like doing it. It's not THAT expensive... under 20? and that's for a heck load of photos, unlike the stupid grad. photos where they charge you 25 dollars to just sit there. I may or may not decide to have some odd party, if i do it'll be very small. Maybe a day of hanging out and me paying for a heck load of stuff. Or i might just be that lazy and do nothing on my birthday.
I'm suppose to be doing my homework right now. Starting to slack off a bit. SOOO not used to having 4 courses again. nooo more spares!!!! booooo. BUT, i did learn from last semester. Take AS MUCH information and notes as possible from the classes. Try hard on the tests and quizes. Then at the end of the dropping courses deadline, I should evaluate each of the courses that i don't REALLY need... such as chemistry or physics (recommended i have them, but not NECESSARY) and grade 12 APS (which i REALLY don't need... i took it back then coz i wanted to become a psychologist... i've changed my mind since then). I need english... so can't drop that. Yup, squeeze as much information as possible before killing it. Last semester i dropped out of data too early and didn't get enough information. I didn't even do my first test.
Unlike Jonathan, I take advantage of my procrastination tools. So i just blab and blab on here. I have no clue how many paragraphs i've written. Just an update on life... girlfriends... i have none. I've begun to drive alone, only to church on tuesdays for volleyball...otherwise my parents are with me. It's ok, at first it was scary... just sitting in my driveway for 10 minutes praying for safety, hahaha. I find driving at night easier than in the day coz there are less cars. I drive during rush hour but birchmount isn't that bad so I'm ok. Hmm.... and i got early acceptence to Waterloo for Co-op Kinesiology. All i need to do is keep my average up. I GOT A 73 IN CALCULUS!!! When i saw it... i was just like... "dang..." haha! There goes my mood for the day. My first mark under 75 in a pretty long while.... since... gr.9 french? haha... but that was just a nightmare. Talk about hurting my mark. 85 for biology... and i dunno what i got for exercise science... but daniel got 86 or something and my marks are usually near his, sometimes higher sometimes lower. I was getting 90's in that class before though... so it's a pretty great disappointment.
Anyways, i should go off now... been rambling for a bit of time. Hope everyone enjoys their school term. Stay tuned for any invites. Try to keep the 24th and 25th clear... if u can't it's ok... can always do it whenever. haha. Thanx for reading. =P
Oh yah, i've also been revisiting old music. Backstreet boys and N'sync... haha. Since i'm more mature I can pick out their sounds better. I have no greater respect than when a band or an artist goes acapella. That's where the true talent lies. anyways, yah, have a good day.

Talking to myself
-your manipulative, today was the day you ate a letter so that you could see what you friend does when you don't let him read it and take a desperate measure(note from the girl the friend liked), not the best way to test a friendship, and the permanent marker ink is making you sick
-you've got an easy final semester of school, balance of easy and difficult subjects with the best combination of teachers in the school possible, DON'T SCREW IT UP
-24 is actually a cool show, you've now found two shows you like that isn't drawn halfway around the world (24 and House)
-you have so much things to get caught up on its not even funny idiot, it honestly isn't
*labels are the same as labels in Gmail

Mid year mood
...
...
its been about 20 mins since i started this, and i sitll see a blank page, wow so not used to this. Must not remove hand from key board, must continue to type. All the right type, just realised that it was already on all of the schools computer so i was bored enough one day that i found myself trying it out. )being distracted by guitar in my hand. back to topic, excluding numbers, im fairly proud of my wpm which i guess i thank msn for, why couldn't it be around when we were forced to do it in... the buchan days, during what, gr 8 i think? mr chus computer class with the box over your hand so you couldn't see your fingers. Fingers for the guitar, so for the upcoming talent show at our school, they call it the multicultural show, our noobish formed band of whoever we could find is going to play some filipino rock song, which actually has a funny meaning behind it if you know what the words mean. if it were to be in english everyone would just say wtf. So many practices will follow for which i think is like 15+ or so which is a scary number because that just seems like too much time, and they will start once exams. Exams are not finished, they have yet to start. 7 courses of exams in a two week period, actually this is the best schedule i've had out of all the times i've had it. A balance of the two hardest courses algeo and chem with one at the beginning and one at the end with a 4 day break in the middle to seperate them. i still envy semestered schools so much, them and they're 3 exams, It feels so much better studying and concentrating for a few rather than sprading yourself out trying to study for all of them. Ah well, so far i've set my deadline of sleeping at 12pm, just to save energy for the upcoming cram sessions which i know will happen sooner or later within the next few weeks. dont know what i'll do after the exams, feel alot better if i did well since it is a huge portion of our mark right now when they are going to be sent in to univeristies. would go on, but its twelve, so this'll end the first post of hopefully not this school year.

Internet Bully
Anyways, happy new year. I has been a pretty long time since we started this blog eventhough nowadays our posts are getting... quite..... the period of time it takes for one of us to post is... quite.... long. Oh well...
I feel that i need to update myself. After Nimalan's poem, i just wanna comment on his "tap that". What the HECK? Yah... that's all. I am not kool... I don't normally dress the way i did when i hung out a week with u people a week ago. The jacket i wore i only wear during important dates (ie. sundays (church), holidays (therefore i wore it that day), dates (which i haf none unfortunately), prom....(maybe), last day of school before holiday, grad photos). Basically just not during school. The shirt i wore is one of the two shirts that actually go good with the jacket... which is why i wore it. I forgot what jeans i wore that day.... i'm pretty sure it wasn't my good pair... haha! yes... i am very aware of what i wear. I can remember each wardrobe combination that i did each day... until it gets too far away. The limit is usually a week, after that i forget. I just try to avoid the same combination per week. Now u know a bit more about me.
After the looong walk. I bought new shoes with my dad the day after. Unlike Nimalan, i'm not as picky, shoes to me is only for protecting my foot from dirt and harmful objects on the floor. If possible, comfort too. Nothing too fancy. So yah, my dad and i basically bought the same shoes, just different colour and pattern....and maybe material. But they are the same... 'cept for the size.
Ok, there's a word for that... they're similar. Also bought a new sweater. So yah, pretty full day that day. Played the nintendo wii..... it was actually pretty fun. I want it now... i can't play real tennis... so the best i can do is play it on the wii... that i don't haf.
I'll be gone for the next 3 days for camp. Back on saturday... maye around 4-5. Then i mite haf the reunion thing to attend. But i do got a lot of hmwk. So if someone plans on watching a certain movie... u gotta think fast and plan fast before i return it.
That be all....

Walking
Trying to buy what I always use,
refusing everything shape and style I see
only to have people want to kill me
We went north to south in our search,
from Yorkdale to Eaton's over sized perch
only to walk outside up Younge street
wishing there were new shoes at our feet
Points were awarded for those who owned
Points were lost for those who just sucked (I'm sorry but there no way to rhyme 'owned' with 'you suck')
In the end i got owned a lot
With Gary trying to look cool and hot
But Jon surprised most of all
With messages from Jenn making us stumble and fall
Questions were asked, jokes were spat
But in the end, we'd know Jon'd tap that
So Jon's off to Boston, Gary and I at home
Same old shoes on our feet, and Gary the bastard reminding me of homework (that right, you don't deserve a rhyme Gary)

booo...
anywayz. just quickly. last week was pretty much my hygiene week. just what i call it coz i bought a new toothbrush, deodorant, gel (those lil' pocket ones for 50 cents, hahaha), aftershave (first time buying that...). Then I also bought a new formal jacket (which i love!) and gloves that can keep my hand warm and grip the steering wheel when i'm driving coz my hand gets cold.
It seems that jonathan is the first to experience my driving skillz (or lack of). I haf grad photos tomorrow... i dunno if i should cut my hair or not... lol! i forgot when the last time i cut my hair was. I tried not to cut my hair for a longer period of time coz im getting bald spots on my head. They're growing a bit of hair now... but it's still a bit noticable. I stress out for little things so time will slow down once i come to my spare and prepare to dress up. My hair better co-operate with me.
I practically bombed my calc test today. Optimization... related rates... disgusting. Easy... but i just had like, one of those brain...malfunction...blocks...thingies. I couldn't remember anything. It sucked! Left questions blank. I feel so bad... which i hear is good coz if u feel good about ur test, it usually means u did poorly. But this time i know i did bad!
As for universities... i dunno how to get them loans for money or how u qualify. too lazy to check rite now. My choices rite now are (1) U of T, (2) Waterloo, (3) MacMaster all for kinesiology. I should haf a back-up subject... oh well. That b all for now i guess. ooo... also got a humidfier for my guitar... not that anyone really cares but something worth mentioning. oh... and I LOST MY DAD'S METRO PASS!! that's like... 90 dollars just lost... and i lost it on like december 2 or 3. Which sucks... -sighz-

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRAP
JUST WANNA SAY I FINALLY GOT MY G2!!! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
It actually wasn't that hard... it was just 10 minutes of driving. The instructor isn't even that hard. If you've driven a lot, you should pass. G2 isn't that hard one... the G liscense is... or so i've heard. I was soooooo nervous about this test i was just freaking out. The test wasn't up to my standards though... so i wasn't completely satisfied. I'm still thankful that I passed... it's just... when it's that easy... it feels like it was handed to me. I didn't really do much work to deserve it. I could've pwned the test, but i did make a few mistakes... minor... but mistakes nonetheless. Oh wellz.
That be all.

Here i sit,
Typing on new dell computers that the school has gotten, why couldn't they have these when i was taking comp sci in gr 10 and 11? 19' flatscreen monitors everywhere, and 50 mb space on a network which runs throughout the school, quite nice.
school has been going... blah, just failed a chem where i guessed 90% of the test, so that might affect my evaluation of how the year has been so far. gr 12 actually isnt much harder than before, just longer hours spent doing homework, much longer. May be a reason why i haven't posted in such a long time... i hear people talking about university, everybodys stressed out over it, and it is a pain for me as well. my goal, is to get into mechanical engineering at either waterloo or uft which is apparently requires the highest mark out of all the other engineerings. my marks are strange this year, either very higih or very low, which somehow balances to somewhere in the middle, we'll see how it goes. money, have spent alot of money doing something at least one night a week, my budgeting skills arent very good. it'll eventually run dry soon, and its only november.
halloween was yesterday, our neighbourhood was so quiet? in total probably only 20 people/groups came by the door, barely anybody walking around outside, dont know how it changed so much... in my halloween years there were literally lines of people, youd either speed up or slow to down inorder to go with another group so that the people at the houses wouldn't get mad for ringing the door one after another. dont knwo what has happened to halloween these days.
kitchen is being completely redone, so i've eaten dinner in almost every other part of the house so far, its fun eating on the floor too. oh driving, been using the car more often now, which means i've had to do more driving favors than before, cars really are much faster to get from one place to another. Reading, been starting to read books again, usually whenever i have a spare after a depressing day such as today from something school related, read some old books over again still enjoying them, and then reading this other book someone lent me which really makes your head hurt if you read it all in one sitting. the book is 'god's debris' by the same person who wrote dilbert which although you can see similarities is still a huge stretch, the book is... i dont even know what genre it is, philosophy/humor/abstract??maybe..., it really plays with your mind and goes into everysingle possible topic you can think about... no seriously it does... even though it is a short book, 100 pages or so i didnt finish it in the time i had to read it, so then i was left only reading halfway through it. I tried to find it in the libary catalogue, no luck, (was the schools anyway and i dont think they'd have that type of book on shelves anyways) so i searched it online, and what do i find? the homepage of the book and how it claims to let you download the ebook version of it, what?? nothings free. it actually was, so i downloaded it, its a really small file, while at school on one of these computers and i finished reading it, that was one of the best free deal ever, it feels like music downloading all over again... and apparently the book was made to download for free, in order to promote readers to read and hopefully buy the sequel, which i may actually do if i find the time... so ya if you really want to read the book, remember you have been warned...

Heeey
Anywayz, yah, trying to keep this blog alive. I just finished Avatar: the last airbender up to it's current episode in 4 days. lol! that took a looong while. Watched part of it on youtube. It's a pretty good anime for an american trying to b jap anime series. Very funny.
Also bought a new bag. FINALLY. I still use my old one though. Now i have a "math (a.k.a. calculus)" bag (the old bag), and a exercise science + biology bag (which is the new bag).
It better last a longish time since it cost 40ish dollars. Darn swiss bags... they're suppose to be good i think... but expensive. Doing everything i can rite now to try not to get it dirty. Of course it always starts that way until an accident happens and it gets dirty or i get too lazy and i give up. Rite now, i'm just NOT leaving it on the floor and if i need to (like for volleyball games) i'll put it on top of my coat. Still working out the convenience of things like where the pencils should b put for best effiency, or wht books go where and what stuff goes in what pocket. Yes... i love my new bag.
Mid-terms coming soon and i'm gonna die. Oh well... haha. anywayz, that about ends my post.

'Bout goddamned time!
After finally setting up my ipod (I did it the first time with gary and jon beside me, with the cable only half pluged in), I got the ipod to work. Itunes was a "bitch", but once I got rid of all it's playlists and just made one that was my own, and added music to that, its all working fine. The screen is already smudged, but a wipe with my glasses cleaning cloth should do the trick (that cloth does miracles).
At the end of the day, although my sister questioned it as soon as she saw it, I'm fine with the 4gb model, and the fact that I saved 80 dollars. Did i mention that my parents agreed to pay for $100 of the cost? Certainly lets me buy that weight set.
P.S. - Got ripped off buying 500ml of Chocolate milk... $2.00...... A sin that even the devil would not dare to commit, but man has.

post a post
hmm... what has been goin on... not much. planning to spend some money while i can still spend some lol. I am watchful for anything on sale.
I have a spare now! i think... i hafta check with guidance to see if they verified my dropped data course coz i need to concentrate on bio, calc, and exercise science just has a lot of things to memorize. I'd drop exercise science instead... but it's a useful course for me... and data isn't much fun... especially since i was suppose to haf a test tomorrow but now i get to SLEEP IN! during SCHOOL? that's just incredible. But i feel a bit left out now that everyone's at school while i'm at home or something. booo... oh well. Still getting used to it. I hope i don't slack off and work while everyone's at school. Most likely not gonna happen, but i'm still aiming for it.
University! man... dunno if i should stay behind a year or try to apply to a university. Don't know which uni to choose and need to find a scholarship that i can apply to. All these conditions... boo... oh wellz. That's all for now.

Its been a bit too long of a while
Well, I’m experimenting by making a post in Word 2007. Hopefully it works, and doesn’t crash, or something like that. So to catch up since my last post:
1) Got a job at Gala Travels Inc. as IT through Tropicana Job Agency where my cousin works
2) I work 35 hours a week and lost a lot of contact from friends
3) Worked 4 weeks and made about $1400
4) Work finished, on the first day of September (I actually started work on the first of August)
5) On labour day, went shopping with my cousin and spent $220 on clothes and lunch, the most money I’ve spent on myself at one time and also the first time I bought clothes in 2 years (yes, that’s how sad it is). I managed to finally get a Spring/Summer/Fall jacket after just using my 3-in-1 winter jacket since grade 8
6) Started school like everyone else, Geometry and Discreet Math (Al-Geo from now on), Chemistry, Physics and Engineering (Contemplating on dropping a very slow and currently very useless course as I no more than what they’ll teach, but it is an easy grade)
7) Finished off the worst week I’ve had academically – I knew everything I need to know perfectly but thorough my own procrastination
a. With a corrupted calculator screen, I did my math test (easy as hell as it was all from the homework) in twice the amount of time that it should have taken me and did not have time to complete one question
b. Handed in an incomplete Chemistry Lab because I procrastinated on doing as much of it at home, and ended up trying to do a complete lab write-up in half a period and lunch
c. Did not complete a physics quiz (lost 6 out of 25 marks) even though I knew my stuff completely, all because I was too cheap to buy a good calculator AND decided to do things the long and hard way (calculations instead of scale drawings)
d. Handed in an incomplete Chemistry Lab because I procrastinated on doing as much of it at home, and ended up trying to do a complete lab write-up in half a period and lunch
e. I didn’t follow instructions on a test (it was for engineering, just read all the questions first, and the last question is to just raise your hand and not do the test)
8) Went To STC with Gary, in search of new shoes (finally bought new black shoes a week before this post after I a rip in my shoes-so-small-they-hurt that caused my feet to flood and me come home with wrinkly feet with dry ankles) and me shopping around for gym equipment. I ended up with:
a. a brochure form Sears on the equipment they had
b. drinking 2 37 cent bottled pop with Gary and Walmart (Deepak – Kola Champagne and Mango drink, which is nasty, and Gary almost drank all of it until I dumped the last part out)
c. Walking around the mall so many times out legs hurt, forcing us to sit when we can (that, and the Mango drink tasted so bad it hurt my stomach, that’s what 37 cents gets your)
d. Walking outside of the mall, down to national sports, in search of more shoes (and a jacket for Gary)
e. To a not yet opened Winners
f. Then further north to Sheppard to Staples, where I finally bought a calculator… that can do quadratics for me
g. and back home, and after some research, deciding to relax on buying white shoes until a certain pair shows up on pickyourshoes.com (I wanna get good shoes online, cheaper then here in Canada)
So now that were caught up with what I can remember, I now have to worry about a lot of homework, a birthday party that I want to go to but can’t, finding that right gym set, and cutting my hair.
Oh, and sleep.
(It didn't work in word, so i just copied and pasted to blogger)

Post Less
School's work, work and work. Grade 12, yet still tries to slack off whenever I can.
Make or break time.
Boo.

daycamp 2006
For most of august until the last week, i'll b helping out at a daycamp... again. I'm pretty sure if u look bak on august 2005 and if there is... an august 2004 u'll see me posting about the same daycamp i've been helping at for 2 years. Yes, this is my third year. I am teaching gr.5/6's who are quite different from the gr.2's i've been looking after for the previous 2 years. Quite tiring and very fun for some parts. lol. Kids are koool, and very hard to control. Must find the proper technique and wield the awesome powers of child-control.
