New Year's Eve...

Alright, the layout's changed, since I "switched" the blog into Blogger's newer service which is now out of beta, so yeah. You need a Gmail account to log in now, but that shouldn't be a problem... I hope. I don't want to put up my resolutions yet, seeing how I'm still debating what I was want them to be.

Oh, and this sites been active for two years as of December 14, but we were all to busy (more like lazy) to notice. Yeah, just thought people might want to know

Nim Out.

Walking

Walking around for shoes,
Trying to buy what I always use,
refusing everything shape and style I see
only to have people want to kill me

We went north to south in our search,
from Yorkdale to Eaton's over sized perch
only to walk outside up Younge street
wishing there were new shoes at our feet

Points were awarded for those who owned
Points were lost for those who just sucked (I'm sorry but there no way to rhyme 'owned' with 'you suck')
In the end i got owned a lot
With Gary trying to look cool and hot

But Jon surprised most of all
With messages from Jenn making us stumble and fall
Questions were asked, jokes were spat
But in the end, we'd know Jon'd tap that

So Jon's off to Boston, Gary and I at home
Same old shoes on our feet, and Gary the bastard reminding me of homework (that right, you don't deserve a rhyme Gary)

booo...

wow, no one is posting on this anymore! whts wrong with u people! gosh!

anywayz. just quickly. last week was pretty much my hygiene week. just what i call it coz i bought a new toothbrush, deodorant, gel (those lil' pocket ones for 50 cents, hahaha), aftershave (first time buying that...). Then I also bought a new formal jacket (which i love!) and gloves that can keep my hand warm and grip the steering wheel when i'm driving coz my hand gets cold.

It seems that jonathan is the first to experience my driving skillz (or lack of). I haf grad photos tomorrow... i dunno if i should cut my hair or not... lol! i forgot when the last time i cut my hair was. I tried not to cut my hair for a longer period of time coz im getting bald spots on my head. They're growing a bit of hair now... but it's still a bit noticable. I stress out for little things so time will slow down once i come to my spare and prepare to dress up. My hair better co-operate with me.

I practically bombed my calc test today. Optimization... related rates... disgusting. Easy... but i just had like, one of those brain...malfunction...blocks...thingies. I couldn't remember anything. It sucked! Left questions blank. I feel so bad... which i hear is good coz if u feel good about ur test, it usually means u did poorly. But this time i know i did bad!

As for universities... i dunno how to get them loans for money or how u qualify. too lazy to check rite now. My choices rite now are (1) U of T, (2) Waterloo, (3) MacMaster all for kinesiology. I should haf a back-up subject... oh well. That b all for now i guess. ooo... also got a humidfier for my guitar... not that anyone really cares but something worth mentioning. oh... and I LOST MY DAD'S METRO PASS!! that's like... 90 dollars just lost... and i lost it on like december 2 or 3. Which sucks... -sighz-

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRAP

Heeeey!! yes, 'tis me again. frequent posts... well... more frequen than recent months at least.

JUST WANNA SAY I FINALLY GOT MY G2!!! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
It actually wasn't that hard... it was just 10 minutes of driving. The instructor isn't even that hard. If you've driven a lot, you should pass. G2 isn't that hard one... the G liscense is... or so i've heard. I was soooooo nervous about this test i was just freaking out. The test wasn't up to my standards though... so i wasn't completely satisfied. I'm still thankful that I passed... it's just... when it's that easy... it feels like it was handed to me. I didn't really do much work to deserve it. I could've pwned the test, but i did make a few mistakes... minor... but mistakes nonetheless. Oh wellz.

That be all.

Here i sit,

sitting in the library last period on my spare, havent posted in... a long long time.
Typing on new dell computers that the school has gotten, why couldn't they have these when i was taking comp sci in gr 10 and 11? 19' flatscreen monitors everywhere, and 50 mb space on a network which runs throughout the school, quite nice.

school has been going... blah, just failed a chem where i guessed 90% of the test, so that might affect my evaluation of how the year has been so far. gr 12 actually isnt much harder than before, just longer hours spent doing homework, much longer. May be a reason why i haven't posted in such a long time... i hear people talking about university, everybodys stressed out over it, and it is a pain for me as well. my goal, is to get into mechanical engineering at either waterloo or uft which is apparently requires the highest mark out of all the other engineerings. my marks are strange this year, either very higih or very low, which somehow balances to somewhere in the middle, we'll see how it goes. money, have spent alot of money doing something at least one night a week, my budgeting skills arent very good. it'll eventually run dry soon, and its only november.

halloween was yesterday, our neighbourhood was so quiet? in total probably only 20 people/groups came by the door, barely anybody walking around outside, dont know how it changed so much... in my halloween years there were literally lines of people, youd either speed up or slow to down inorder to go with another group so that the people at the houses wouldn't get mad for ringing the door one after another. dont knwo what has happened to halloween these days.

kitchen is being completely redone, so i've eaten dinner in almost every other part of the house so far, its fun eating on the floor too. oh driving, been using the car more often now, which means i've had to do more driving favors than before, cars really are much faster to get from one place to another. Reading, been starting to read books again, usually whenever i have a spare after a depressing day such as today from something school related, read some old books over again still enjoying them, and then reading this other book someone lent me which really makes your head hurt if you read it all in one sitting. the book is 'god's debris' by the same person who wrote dilbert which although you can see similarities is still a huge stretch, the book is... i dont even know what genre it is, philosophy/humor/abstract??maybe..., it really plays with your mind and goes into everysingle possible topic you can think about... no seriously it does... even though it is a short book, 100 pages or so i didnt finish it in the time i had to read it, so then i was left only reading halfway through it. I tried to find it in the libary catalogue, no luck, (was the schools anyway and i dont think they'd have that type of book on shelves anyways) so i searched it online, and what do i find? the homepage of the book and how it claims to let you download the ebook version of it, what?? nothings free. it actually was, so i downloaded it, its a really small file, while at school on one of these computers and i finished reading it, that was one of the best free deal ever, it feels like music downloading all over again... and apparently the book was made to download for free, in order to promote readers to read and hopefully buy the sequel, which i may actually do if i find the time... so ya if you really want to read the book, remember you have been warned...

Heeey

Hey people! didn't post for a while. leaving nimalan to do two posts in a row. which SHOULDN'T happen as he doesn't post that often (not saying anything).

Anywayz, yah, trying to keep this blog alive. I just finished Avatar: the last airbender up to it's current episode in 4 days. lol! that took a looong while. Watched part of it on youtube. It's a pretty good anime for an american trying to b jap anime series. Very funny.

Also bought a new bag. FINALLY. I still use my old one though. Now i have a "math (a.k.a. calculus)" bag (the old bag), and a exercise science + biology bag (which is the new bag).
It better last a longish time since it cost 40ish dollars. Darn swiss bags... they're suppose to be good i think... but expensive. Doing everything i can rite now to try not to get it dirty. Of course it always starts that way until an accident happens and it gets dirty or i get too lazy and i give up. Rite now, i'm just NOT leaving it on the floor and if i need to (like for volleyball games) i'll put it on top of my coat. Still working out the convenience of things like where the pencils should b put for best effiency, or wht books go where and what stuff goes in what pocket. Yes... i love my new bag.

Mid-terms coming soon and i'm gonna die. Oh well... haha. anywayz, that about ends my post.

To do list...

Where is everyone? I seem to be the only person that ever comes back to this (well, the first person before everyone else falls back and gets out again). I guess its just how the last year of high school is on people. So bringing myself up to date, i got a new monitor. Now, thanks to my cousin's discount, i can work that desk space in front of the monitor. I can also watch high-def widescreen movies. well, i'm being kicked off... Sleep till i get this done during spare tomorrow:)

'Bout goddamned time!

Finally, after so many years, I finally got a damn music player. An 4GB Ipod Nano to boot to, a silver one. I considered the 8GB in the sleek black, but went against spending more money. I think I'm happy with my purchase, but only time will tell. I have a general rule, always try to get the 2nd Generation and up for any piece of hardware, there's usually a very substantial amount of improvement.

After finally setting up my ipod (I did it the first time with gary and jon beside me, with the cable only half pluged in), I got the ipod to work. Itunes was a "bitch", but once I got rid of all it's playlists and just made one that was my own, and added music to that, its all working fine. The screen is already smudged, but a wipe with my glasses cleaning cloth should do the trick (that cloth does miracles).

At the end of the day, although my sister questioned it as soon as she saw it, I'm fine with the 4gb model, and the fact that I saved 80 dollars. Did i mention that my parents agreed to pay for $100 of the cost? Certainly lets me buy that weight set.

P.S. - Got ripped off buying 500ml of Chocolate milk... $2.00...... A sin that even the devil would not dare to commit, but man has.

post a post

heey... went postless for a while there

hmm... what has been goin on... not much. planning to spend some money while i can still spend some lol. I am watchful for anything on sale.

I have a spare now! i think... i hafta check with guidance to see if they verified my dropped data course coz i need to concentrate on bio, calc, and exercise science just has a lot of things to memorize. I'd drop exercise science instead... but it's a useful course for me... and data isn't much fun... especially since i was suppose to haf a test tomorrow but now i get to SLEEP IN! during SCHOOL? that's just incredible. But i feel a bit left out now that everyone's at school while i'm at home or something. booo... oh well. Still getting used to it. I hope i don't slack off and work while everyone's at school. Most likely not gonna happen, but i'm still aiming for it.

University! man... dunno if i should stay behind a year or try to apply to a university. Don't know which uni to choose and need to find a scholarship that i can apply to. All these conditions... boo... oh wellz. That's all for now.

Its been a bit too long of a while

Well, I’m experimenting by making a post in Word 2007. Hopefully it works, and doesn’t crash, or something like that. So to catch up since my last post:

1) Got a job at Gala Travels Inc. as IT through Tropicana Job Agency where my cousin works

2) I work 35 hours a week and lost a lot of contact from friends

3) Worked 4 weeks and made about $1400

4) Work finished, on the first day of September (I actually started work on the first of August)

5) On labour day, went shopping with my cousin and spent $220 on clothes and lunch, the most money I’ve spent on myself at one time and also the first time I bought clothes in 2 years (yes, that’s how sad it is). I managed to finally get a Spring/Summer/Fall jacket after just using my 3-in-1 winter jacket since grade 8

6) Started school like everyone else, Geometry and Discreet Math (Al-Geo from now on), Chemistry, Physics and Engineering (Contemplating on dropping a very slow and currently very useless course as I no more than what they’ll teach, but it is an easy grade)

7) Finished off the worst week I’ve had academically – I knew everything I need to know perfectly but thorough my own procrastination

a. With a corrupted calculator screen, I did my math test (easy as hell as it was all from the homework) in twice the amount of time that it should have taken me and did not have time to complete one question

b. Handed in an incomplete Chemistry Lab because I procrastinated on doing as much of it at home, and ended up trying to do a complete lab write-up in half a period and lunch

c. Did not complete a physics quiz (lost 6 out of 25 marks) even though I knew my stuff completely, all because I was too cheap to buy a good calculator AND decided to do things the long and hard way (calculations instead of scale drawings)

d. Handed in an incomplete Chemistry Lab because I procrastinated on doing as much of it at home, and ended up trying to do a complete lab write-up in half a period and lunch

e. I didn’t follow instructions on a test (it was for engineering, just read all the questions first, and the last question is to just raise your hand and not do the test)

8) Went To STC with Gary, in search of new shoes (finally bought new black shoes a week before this post after I a rip in my shoes-so-small-they-hurt that caused my feet to flood and me come home with wrinkly feet with dry ankles) and me shopping around for gym equipment. I ended up with:

a. a brochure form Sears on the equipment they had

b. drinking 2 37 cent bottled pop with Gary and Walmart (Deepak – Kola Champagne and Mango drink, which is nasty, and Gary almost drank all of it until I dumped the last part out)

c. Walking around the mall so many times out legs hurt, forcing us to sit when we can (that, and the Mango drink tasted so bad it hurt my stomach, that’s what 37 cents gets your)

d. Walking outside of the mall, down to national sports, in search of more shoes (and a jacket for Gary)

e. To a not yet opened Winners

f. Then further north to Sheppard to Staples, where I finally bought a calculator… that can do quadratics for me

g. and back home, and after some research, deciding to relax on buying white shoes until a certain pair shows up on pickyourshoes.com (I wanna get good shoes online, cheaper then here in Canada)

So now that were caught up with what I can remember, I now have to worry about a lot of homework, a birthday party that I want to go to but can’t, finding that right gym set, and cutting my hair.

Oh, and sleep.

(It didn't work in word, so i just copied and pasted to blogger)

School's work, work and work. Grade 12, yet still tries to slack off whenever I can.

Make or break time.

daycamp 2006

I haven't posted in a looong time. So, what have i been up to? yes... kingdom hearts 2 was extremely addicting, but now it is over... no more for me unless i start living at jon's house. lol. I returned the famous ps2 that holds the memory card that holds my game haha. Now it's all up to jon's schedual that permits whether or not we can go over there and play.

For most of august until the last week, i'll b helping out at a daycamp... again. I'm pretty sure if u look bak on august 2005 and if there is... an august 2004 u'll see me posting about the same daycamp i've been helping at for 2 years. Yes, this is my third year. I am teaching gr.5/6's who are quite different from the gr.2's i've been looking after for the previous 2 years. Quite tiring and very fun for some parts. lol. Kids are koool, and very hard to control. Must find the proper technique and wield the awesome powers of child-control.

Post-birthday post

No cake.... thats not cool... i deserve cake.... don't need the candles.... just the cake.... mmmm.... cake......

Yeah... so Gary pulled my into KH2, and now that I've played it with him (after he finished the game in a week at lvl 60+), were at lvl 99 and just participating in in-game tournaments. It really is an addicting game... which i refuse to play through once because of it. That, and if i wanted decent cinematics, I'd watch....

Stealing

Posting this after I listened to Nelly Furtado's new song promiscuous girl on the radio.. It was pretty random, then out of a sudden I found out, one line from her song is actually mine. Well how?

Here's the story I guess, for a while during school. Me and my friends always talked in rhymes, and one day me and a friend had a friendly battle. It was more freestyle kind of rhyming thing.
During my turn, one of line was:

Hey is that really the truth or are you talkin trash,
because we all know your game ain't MVP like Steve Nash.

Well, the lyrics from nelly's song is this:
Hey is that the truth or are you talking trash Is your game M.V.P. like Steve Nash

Damn..
M&m

More asylum, less assassin

Here at the asylum, we deal with all types of patients, including the new generation of "gaming addicts". Unfortunately, due to lack of interest and funding, we could care less about this group, so they're out on there own. I don't want the ps2 because I get frustrated playing Naruto with the language barrier (theres missions with conditions thats is so annoying to look up all the time), POT isn't fun if the characters have no significance, and after attempting to continue on where Jon left of in KH2 and getting far, i found how addicting it was but frustrating in not knowing how it started, so i quit without saving.

So now that i've left gary's eyes to bleed, his brain plagued with winnie the pooh and seven midgets, i can stay at home... or i would if i wasn't doing odd jobs with my dad....

calling for help

Hey! posting coz jonathan posted and i didn't want him to feel alone. So... 4ish days it's been already mr.ulaganathan. I hope that u do know that i'm waiting for u to call me for the ps2 rite? lol! i'm not calling u coz there's something called addiction. that's when i don't wanna part with it unless it's taken away from me by force. Calling me would be that force. Use the force nimalan! use it!

I've been playing kingdom hearts 2 for 30+ hours now. I'll just estimate it to be around 33 hours approx coz i forgot. Assuming i'd play for 24 hours a day for these past 4 days, it'd mean i woulda played for 96 hours. Now, if we slice that in half to account for the possible breakfast, lunch, dinner, sleep, and bathroom and drink breaks; u'd get 48 hours. Of course, the first day i got it wasn't really full, and i also didn't start playing it rite away (had to get the POT and Naruto urges out of the way first before embarking on something new). So u can clearly see how much time i've spent playing this game that i thought at first wouldn't be that addictive, but turned out is addictive. 34% of my 4 days spent on KH2; without the sleep, eat, and rest breaks it'd b 68%... and without the POT and Naruto urges, as well as the forced breaks where i force myself to take a walk outside... and volleyball on tuesday it'd prolly be 100%.

So... i dunno how long jon has played this game... but i already passed him... that's how long i've been playing all day. It's got me hooked. But no worries, i'm getting ahold of this power called addiction. I already plan to do 5 push-ups everytime there's a cinematic. It started with doing push-ups for the entire time the cinematics played... but that got REALLY tiring. And with ALL the cinematics i've been though, i gave up like... 5 cinematics after i pulled myself away from the controller. So, my arms are pretty tired... until tomorrow...when nim hopefully calls and takes the playstation2 away. (My heart aches everytime i force myself to tell nim to take it away... which makes this issue more urgent, take it away!!!)

Peace!

Very postless?

So right now i'm halfway through vacation, somewhere in a internet cafe in rome, italy. Keyboard is confusing, i cant get that "at" symbol so i have to copy it off someone who typed it before, and symbols are all in different places. Afraid to try any short cut commands because the last time i tried one, i posted after i finished the title.

So far, its been a week i think, iàm not even sure of the dates here any more, and dont see any posted in english. Been to a different part of italy almost every day, too much pasta or pizza (menu is composed 90% of it, they have to get sick of it sometime dont they) went to a chinese restraunt once though, iàve seen about two so far out of like 100 restraunts? they have to speak chinese, english and italian. at least they still sell a bowl of rice for 1 euro, everything is alot more expensive, euro to dollar rate is 1.5-1 so about 150% more expensive than in Canada. some of their subway trains are nicer, with a tv and scrolling advertisements. havent been on the buses though, most of them are half the length of a normal bus, since lanes are so much smaller here, motorbikes everywhere, and smart cars, iàve seen at least 50 of those so far, its soo convenient here because instead of parallel parking they can park perpedicular to the sidewalk and still be fine. Then theres a whole bunch of mercedes, bmws that are taxis, why? seen a couple of porches and ferarris as well... thats all for now

haha wow... it is postless... =P

I started using listerine... it's crazy fun to use... crazy painful... but i just get like... this adrenalin rush from using it... feels like i can do anything after using that thing... lol! took me 10ish minutes to figure out how to open the child-resistant listerine bottle... i'm a child at heart... who can blame me... lol! shut up everyone, i know ur answer.

Summer...

Is going exactly as i expected it to be... Not much exciting has passed so far, a few days doing this and a few days doing that... so much time on my hands that i dont reallly know what to do with it, so far i've got maybe 3 or 4 hours of work done, like 10 hours of tv, not enough sleep for the "summer", 2 hours for driving lessons, and enough time spent doing the things which would have taken too much time during the school year but serve a purpose in taking up the too much time i have now, and i started playing video games, or video game "kingdom hearts 2", that game has about a 3:1 ratio of cinematics/actual playing...

weather so far outside hasnt been bad except today... i go out it starts to rain(it was pretty bad, if you can hear the rain then it must be raining hard!), and as soon i get back it stops... on other days, it was nice enough that i could actually use my roller blades, and its quiet enough that i can skate without braking or slowing down all the time... i have yet to bring out my bike though, the whole once a year beginning of season pumping tire ritual has slowed it down...

what really bugs me is when other people who have jobs, making all that money, and it is alot, doing something useful with their time, but also it means one less person with available free time to share boredem with. No clue when i'll have time for a job, as next year apprently as quoted by a gr 12 who was talking about gr 12 courses, this one being chemistry "if you take this course and have a part time job... quit it".

And money, hopefully i have owed everyone back, i might still owe peter, remind me if i do. As i've found myself in quite a few situations where i needed to use more money than i predicted, wether it be owing back other people, spur of the moment spendings, hunger kicking in and a need to eat something somewat healthy...

hopefully my wallet can survive the summer.

Monday, June 26, 2006

So.... summer time is here, i don't got many plans during the rest of june and july... august i shall b completely booked unless u talk of saturdays and sundays. But yah... so far i haven't gone one day without going outside or hanging out with someone, which is good, lol, keeps me busy. My boredom will prolly start coming in during July... haha

So... extremely brief recap of my days after my last exam which was on Monday...

Tuesday: went to the beach for a birthday party...
Wednesday: Visited Tam coz principal was retiring...
Thursday: Watched X-men 3...
Friday: Went to Daniel's house...
Saturday: roamed all over downtown, walking for 8 hours... exhausting... but very fun with a day pass
Sunday:... haha, nothing much... just went to church...
Today:...

Ok, so today, yah... since it's today i won't do the brief thing. Today, basically... woke up at like 7:15... for some reason i hafta wake up earlier in the summer than when i haf school. Anywayz, yah, had to get somewhere near Leslie and Finch... that was somewhere near my destination in the morning. I was due there at 8:30a.m. So, my journey starts off at around 7:50, i witness the birchmount bus pass me... so i decide to walk all the way to warden for the warden bus. I witness the warden bus pass me... but luckily there was another bus behind it. So i take that bus, forget to take a transfer, so i end up paying another bus ticket for the finch bus to get to leslie. I get on the express bus which doesn't stop after Don Mills... i did not know that... so i ended up going all the way to Finch station. So eventually, i take the Finch East bus and go all the way to Bayview where my friend picked me up. I spent the whole day "working"... (sounds better) coz my friend's dad's company needed help with assembling trophies and packing them. So i spent 7-8 hours looking at golden trophies and bubble wrap. The bubble wrap was so fun to play with... but sooo tiring to cut and stuff.... oh man. It was fun though... and i got paid for it =D yay... i got paid... something that i'm not familiar with.
Then i went home... ate... took a nap that was longer than i hoped it would be. Went to a friend's house to watch a movie. We watched the phantom of the opera at his home theatre... when i same home theatre... i mean... home theatre... seats, screen, and all... lol! 'cept for the ushers... and the previews... which is unnecessary. Played some table tennis before, it was all good. All in all... had a fun day... hoping that the rest of my week be as fun-packed as the rest of my days were.

Still feeling like i'm upside down...

just got back from 'asian day' at wonderland. I really dont see whats so asian about it. There was some concert or somethign that we didnt go to at night but that was it, there was nothing around the day to show anything asian. The line ups... were not long, it was crowded in the streets/roads/pathway , but not in the actual lines. And wonderland isnt really cheap anyways. although it was only 30$ or so to get in, not sure how much cheaper it was, but everything there was expensive. first of all the go bus to get there was 4 something each way, combine that with a bus ticket and there goes 10$, then the food was like 5$ for a not so different hot dog. And that was already cheaper compared to the other stuff they had there. Then we spent some money on those imposible games, watching us and other people fail for the most part. That throwing ring game, where you toss them over a whole bunch of glass pop bottles in an attempt to get one of them on, if you get one on you win like the biggest prize... and then we all pitched in to get a bucket of like 50 rings or so... and nothing, its impossible they bounce off, and we didnt see anyone else land a ring... then the best ride: the bridge of timberwolf ( the ride with the log where when it reaches the bottom, it makes a huge splash forward, soaking the people on the bridge in front) so I went for like 5 or 6 times, was completely soaked by the 3rd time so it didnt matter after that. and spent the day in wet clothing,(had a towel and extra shirt but no pants) so spent a portion of the day in the hand dryers in the washroom. The day was sunny at times so it wasnt too bad 2-3 hours of standing outside. and then we left before the show at night, saw a few people that we knew during the day, apparently some people had vip passes for front or something but didnt matter it'd be crowded anyways... so that was a long tiring expensive day that was definetly worth it.

Back from war

The war might be over, but rumour has it that it'll be started two months from now. So in that time, we'll be here at home from now. We should be preparing for the next battle, but seeing how we won the last (assuming that no one failed), I think this time of peace will be spent relaxing and with family and friends.

So, we far, its none of the above since I've been doing nothing. There was some tree climbing and such yesterday, but the fun of jumping out of trees involved intense testicular g-forces that did an then unknown amount of damage and best to let be for now. So in my time of healing, i'm playing sudoku in a book that i borrowed off a friend and never had a chance to give back.

So now, I'm bored, and since I'm assuming people actually read this, my friends of the asylum, wanna go to a buffet sometime this weekend or next week? only need to bring 20 (its not actually 20, but if we do something else)... also, two bus tickets or equivalent. ? comment your reply... for yes and no... and a suitable time

Schoolz Overrr!

Yes... well school was really over 2 days ago for me as that was the last exam, but school was actually over for me yesterday as I still had to hand in a late essay! It was a tiring day indeeeeed.

Now I sit here... on Nimalan's chair as I took over his computer as he does his sudoku which is taking him hours to do. I shall now glance over to see how he's doing with his numbers. He is currently still on the same sudoku problem that I've seen him with an hour ago with about 12 boxes without numbers... and one with a crossed out number... i think. This report is brought to you by Gary Yip. For more updates, tune in after in about a minute... or that may b just the next paragraph.

I wanna download a new ringtone for my cellphone now... but I don't know what song to download... and i can't find the bands that i would like to download from. Such limited amount of songs... and they're all mainstream songs... oi...

wait... wait... it looks like nimalan's on a roll... no... he's not... nvm, false alarm.

I wonder what he'll do once he reads this... it's like i'm spying on him... mwahahahaha... lalala. I have no life now that i haf no school. sooooo bored. I don't even know what i'm going to do tomorrow!

WAIT! NOT A FALSE ALARM! he is actually done, he has just told me, so i'm telling u the truth. I am a reliable source, i have been checked. Use me in an essay! =D haha... too many essays for me... -sighz-

Let's see now... today... i did absolutely nothing in the morning and most of my afternoon. Visited Tam O'Shanter with Nim and saw some old teachers... weird. Shall update this perhaps later, but yah. Climbed some trees... u know... the usual (if u talk about 5-6 years ago). What to do tomorrow... what to do today... so lost... kk, i shall go away now.

Here lies school... (Sept 2005 -June 2006)

Eulogy - "a formal expression of praise for someone who has died recently"
I wasted some time googling this but not too much, (30 secs or so)

schools over!, or marks are already due = schools over, the word school ends in over, over is following school, over comes after school in the alphabet, if it was an equation school = over, the track over is followed by school, the number school comes before over ... etc

so now schools over, so much time on my hands... so.. bored...

drivers clash!

Wheee! haha, yah... ok, i really don't haf much to say lol. Had my second driving lesson in car yesterday and i saw jon driving the opposite direction from me. I should really be looking ahead... but oh well. This time i drove all the way to bamburgh circle near warden and steeles? yes... a lot of drivers were prolly angry at me for driving only 60, but it was only my second lesson... give me a break... lol. Still a bit scary...

exams start now... just had my religions exam which will prolly be the easiest one out of all my other exams. Had to write a little essay on how all the religions haf something in common despite their little detailed differences.

tomorrow will be english. I was suppose to have done a rough draft of my essay comparing macbeth and jane eyre by now... but unfortunately i haven't even started that rough draft. Which really just means tomorrow i'll b really stressed and screwed. Having random end notes... and not knowing what they are in the first place. I just had my essay all planned out today. Reason? coz I didn't finish Jane Eyre until Sunday at 7:12 p.m. i believe. so i basically had two days to plan everything while everyone had... a weekish... lol. Tomorrow... if i don't come back, i expect u two... three to write a eulogy... wht is that anyways?

I come back...

to find nobody posting..

got sick on the last day of camp, still sick right now, combine that with two exams to start studying for on monday which is tommorow, note the word *start, which equals a very short post

Tuesday, June 06, 2006

wow... this blog is getting boring... no one's posting...

last 2 weeks... i'm gonna die in these two weeks so i'll see u up in school heaven for those who die coz of school... unless ur all doing great... in which case have a nice life =P

started my first driving lesson today... i kinda expected the lesson to be at a parking lot and drive around... I was very wrong... haha. first thing i did with the car... drive to birchmount from my house... and then to huntingwood and drive around there... in my mind... i'm like "wht happened to starting slow?" coz i had to go 60km/h within 5-7 minutes of the class (first part was just talking about how to use the car). Insaneee, but incredibly funnn

it took me about a week to read 100 pages... i'm gonna need to read another 200 within a day... haha... whee... bye bye now -.-"

Outposted; Yorkdale Mall

Heeyyyy, being out-posted by unknownuser is pretty weird so i choose you pikachu! i mean... i choose to post now. haha.

So... not much happening... had to memorize macbeth for english presentation where i had to dress up like a girl... i would post up the pictures but there were none, haha.

Today... went to Yorkdale mall? haha, getting there was quite troublesome but we got there eventually. That transitions should theoretically be easier now that we've gone through it once. Overall the mall is pretty goooooooood. It's spacious, clean, and it was sunny today so it made everything brighter. Pretty great day. I'll post pictures at the end.

Crazy fun! I walked behind the "counter" of that apples store. Nimalan did it too =D but yah, it was quite embarassing and stupid coz it all looks the same. They have like... two counters or something... it's so weird and crazy. WHO does that??? i don't know! it's like having the teacher's desk like everyone else's desk and putting it in the middle of all the student's desk. Camouflage! It's dumb, and they shouldn't do that in a store with computers.

The downsview and Yorkdale subway stations are pretty, haha. Man... wish stations near us could be that nice.

We ALL ate healthy... pretty weird and pretty kool. We are responsible and mature teenagers taht wish to stay healthy. I don't wanna post EVERYTHING coz then the others won't be able to post so i'll leave the rest to them. Except for the empty subway car(t?). Sooooo fun! it was empty, and we started doing stupid things in there coz only we were in there. Pictures will be shown below.

That's us posing at the bay when Nimalan was looking for a windbreaker. We all tried on stuff =D

us being stupid on the subway car(t?)

So where was peter in all this? He was sleeping during the invitation... random quote shall be left for someone else

I raise your "prison break" with a "That 70s show"

prison break folds, "That 70's show " takes the pot...

Well today "That 70's show" had their series finale and What a great episode it was, everything a series finale should have " looks at prison break *" " some random guesture towards it*" they set it on December 31,1979 on new years right before the century ended... no random questions left unanswered... fes and jacky... flashbacks to all the times Red made his foot in ass jokes, so they showed them one after another... they were good... All the characters came back except, random tramp sister forgot her name...

Prison break didnt end, those liars...

It didnt end, maybe i heard wrong and they actually said season finale, but after i watched it, i didnt think it ended or was any kind of ending... to series or season now as it appears to be..., the cops in their cars had caught up to them but noo, they all are stupid and all get out of their cars to chase them. From the previews afterwards which i didnt see since i thought it was over, but heard, apparently that season was over and the next one Prison break: manhunt comes out in september, those television marketers...

in comp sci we have started the very sad of playing on that pokemon crater website... the internet takes forever to load since its being shared by alot of computers so doing anything is very tedious... its hard work playing games...

craming for chemistry contest tommorow, which percentile i get on it can replace one of my test marks, but remember percentile means out of the people who are writing it, which is probably alot of people, so its probably not likely that i'll get high on it, also have an english test that apparently is purely based on content, i dont see the purpose on that, asking questions about the names of places and things, that just proves you read the book... i left and came back to post this blog in 15 mins intervals, i have my own study schedule, very sad...

Sunday, May 14, 2006

Mothers day...

So my mothers day present was having to attend math classes for some parts of august, thus freeing up my schedule more next year.

we ate dinner at 5:45... since that was the only time we could get reservations, chinese people like to eat, everywhere... they had all the dishes on the table before everyone even showed up?

Well next week prison break ends, it was an alright show, nothing that amazing though... Also that 70s showhas a series finale on thursday i think, would want to watch it but might be busy that day...

Random stupid product: Coke zero or something like that... bought it from the .50$ at agincourt mall, and it had to be overpriced... I dont see its purpose, its the ultra lite version of diet coke, which is already semi-tasteless, this supposed 0 cal, probably full of random chemicals tasted like nothing... it was contaminated carbonated water.... stupid Coca cola

The real 501, not of the fakey faking fakers underneath.... damn fakey faking fakery fakers fakingly faking... fake

Fakers aside, I'm finally running a legitimate, non pirated version of windows xp pro on my computer. How you ask? Curtosey of the TDSB. You see, they buy their computers from dell with windows xp pro installed. Then they install win 2000 and give back the cdKeys to microsoft. So my friend got his hand on the dell reinstallation cd which installs windows using cdkeys that dell has. So since the cdkey stickers are on the new computers, he wrote down the cdkeys and lent the cd out to people. As long as we did the installation and activation of windows before the tdsb gave back their cds, I was fine. So now I have a new installation of windows, and suddenly, a very short list of programs (I swear there was more, i had two columns and now i have one... but I can't remember what I had).

I've also been driving around the streets around my dad's work place, since its so close to school. Its really fun, although I've been limited to 40km/h and there are cars paked along the side and almost no lines on the roads. I mean, its makes things alot harder, since the roads don't all meet at right angles. So far, i can do parrallel parking in under 30 seconds with no problems, but I've got to work on reverse parking in parking lots. Isn't it usually the other way around on tv and everything?

Oh, and since e3 was this week, you guys should check out the demo for the Nintendo Wii, especially the twilight princess demo, i mean, it looks like so much fun... with the motion sensor controller and all. Also, the ps3 is $600 US, theres a $500 one but its not worth getting since it doesn't have a connector that allows you to play special copy-righted discs (with out it, the copy protection disks get downgraded resolutions...). Well, $600 for a ps3, something around $200 for a Nintendo Wii, and the xbox 360 is around $499, cheaper when the ps3 and Wii come out. So do you get a Wii and an xbox or just a ps3? This of course doesn't apply to Fakingly Faking Faker, he'll have all three.

Random conversation of the Day
I've eatin duck before, at Wendy's.
Since when do they serve Ducks at Wendy's?
I've also had quail, or something like that... its a bird right?
What the hell, since when does Wendy's serve exotic birds?
Her dad's a cook, so i had a taste once at their house.
Huh............ I'm guessing were not talking about Wendy's the fast food place....
/I don't know you facial expression/

Another Random Converstation of the week
Hey, why don't we sell like livestock. Cows, sheep, hearding dogs, and stuff for our vb program? We'll make a live stock store!
You mean a pet shop?
/very long pause from the conversing people and the people who overheard person 1 getting owned/

501 <- can i do this?

I actually dont know where it says the number of posts so i'll just say mine is 501.

(yes we all should get together and do something, )

driving: randomly accelarting, decelerating, driving past the speed limit, trying to find out how to slow down without breaking too much, turning too fast, turning too slow etc... been on main roads about twice now, would not like to be the person behind me, except for being able to drive better...

the attack of the culminatings is pretty much here; few presentations due somewhere in the future, second law trial to prepare for, some more random tests assignments what not, some music concerts; so schools been busy...

lately i've been unintentioinally napping - doing homework on my bed, wake up 3-4 hours later... and i'm still tired? how does that work?

499...

Yes, i have taken over someone else's post. but this is not because i'm mean... it's because i don't wanna post the 500th post. Maybe it should be a post about what we ALL did... which means we should ALL do something... like go find my stolen bike -cries- ... or u know, go watch a movie or play badminton at nimalan's house, hahaha... umm... this is all assuming that no one is posting at this moment and they read this before they post... if someone just wants to post the 500th post ur welcome to do so...

I get the last post pre-half a grand. Well, theres definately a good posting trend lately... as long as theyre not posts about posting.

I still haven't read the posts below this, so I'm not to sure what going on. What I do know is going on is the fact that I have a Physics contest tomorrow, and it's going to be a waste of my time. I have physics this semester, and since we're only two and half units in, i'm not gonna know about the rest of the two and half thats also on the contest. The only good thing out of this is that I'm missing english. Well, I have no real idea as to why i'm up right now, since i'm so tired that i need sleep. Night Y'all

Added 10 min later: Okay, so i didn't go straight to bed, but instead read teh rest of the posts... everybody seems to be running into disappointments lately.... i mean, whats up with that? so sad, so sad.... so tired.... but the songs not over yet, so until its done, i'm not pressing publish post.

When in doubt...

Busy month, tons of work to be done. Somehow still managed to go to hotpot, and bowling on friday. Amazing! Hotpot was fun, eating chilly peppers. Everyone got sick that night or tomorrow, but nothing happened to me except I can't turn my wrist from bowling. Shouldn't have tried to spin, now I will have to pay. This week, I have to catch up on tons of work in school since I stopped paying attention in class, staring at the windows. Freedom is just right outside, yet I'm trapped between ancient history and physics. Tests tomorrow, studying? I guess I'll do that on the bus and hope for a 85%. Summer is just right around the corner, just like everybody else. I'm looking forward to it, hopefully I can do more meaningful stuff such as getting a job instead of last summer which i completly wasted. The trip on ROM went well but couldn't take any pictures, didn't bother to sneak some photos since it wasn't allowed althrough many were taking pictures anyways.

Until next time...
Blah, Dallas lost so very sad. San jose and them were my hopefuls.

where are we now?

does listening to james blunt seem weird to you guys? i have an ackward feeling as if i shouldn't be liking his music.... and yet "wisemen" been repeating on winamp for a long time now... just over and over and over and over and over.... and over again. i mean, i don't exactly have a sterotype playlist... tamil, japanese, rock, hiphop, r&b, rap, pop, classical. then all those things fall under neo-, modern-, retro-. Are you playlists as colourfull (style wise) as mine? or are they really colourful (visual)? i mean, its not like i'd know, i haven't seen your faces in over a month, and i forgot what peter looks like. (someone mind posting a picture or give a roiugh detail or something?)

As far as what ever's gone recently, theres winning the forestry category of regional envirothon at tod morton mills with my team, and i'm the only veteran. nothing else much as this week comes to a close.

well, there is my dad letting me drive on the road for the first time, but that was like a total of 500m on a sideroad with little traffic, as in it was behind me. I wasn't being extremely slow, i just didn't have to match my speed with a car in front of me.

Bad things happening to good people...

Well a friend of mine and peter (because m&m is annoying to say/type, the whole symbol thing) recently lost his mom to cancer... so for the past few days things have been fairly random... We plan to take him out for dinner, hopefully it'll help...

Last week i had my birthday, an interesting day, recieved an interesting present from friends, a new monitor, which i needed badly, from parents, and a webcam from my sister... the number 17 feels old... er than 16...

-For english we have our in class essays on othello, reminding me just how much i hate essays
-For law we're starting mock trials which should be fun but we'll see how it goes, i'm set to be the judge for the first case and prosecution and defense lawyers later on
-For math we had our first *doable test of the whole year, we had a student teacher teach us for two chapters... the first chapter, on log, she assigned questions and for the first time in the whole year people were doing it because she was collecting it, so after doing more homework than the entire year, she gives us a test with nothing that she taught us on it, apparently there was one hard gr 12 sheet that our normal teacher gave us taht all the questions were related to... so we complained and here we are with a test that makes everyone happy, well it keeps the smart people the same since they get perfect anyways...

Had my first driving lesson on friday, I Can turn! going at 20 with the gas pedal not pressed down... apparently i should have 30 hours of in car experience before i take the test and the class has 10 hours so that'll be alot of sundays i guess... where would i go for 20 hours? or a total of?

Random intrest: Last.fm, the custom radio is a pretty good adfree way to listen to new music... found a few more bands through this

Sunday, April 23, 2006

Hellooooooo people. Long time no post... ish... newayz! i believe this is the 494 post? 6 more ta go then we reach half a thousand... (who calls it that?)...(apparently me)... posts. So, past week has been fairly interesting. I can't get adjusted going bak to school and doing all this homework stuff eventhough i can't complain coz i don't have much hmwk from any classes.

I HATE ANTHRO! man! it's my lowest mark EVER! like wht the heck happened to me that made me get such a low mark? Man... it's frustrating especially since i don't really know how to improve. Getting the "right" answer won't help coz THERE'S NO RIGHT ANSWER! man! We had to write these journal/reflection thingies... and it's so unfair how she marked them coz i didn't know how to marking scheme was like, and she marks them near the end of the first term, so that's like giving up all my marks at the first half of the semester. This is only the second time this has happened to me in my whole life. I think i do well... but i'm actually NOT? but i don't know until i get my report cards. It's just the teaching style i guess (well...i blame...). Last time this happened to me was in gr.7 for english when i failed the class with a 47? 49? haha. I thought i did well... but apparently no one TOLD me i was doing BAD! Gr.9 french was pretty bad too... but that was just the subject... so i can understand, i just do bad at french.

I have like 4 books that i'm currently reading... of course some haf more priority over the others... Jane Eyre... MacBeth... -sighz- I also hafta finish (more like start) the da vinci code... at this rate i'm gonna hafta get it on dvd.

It's been a fairly fun week. I went to Vaughan Mills yesterday... i bought nothing... but walked around the mall like twice. It's pretty huge... and it's so clean, haha. nice place, i'd live there...
I also started my insurance classes... we should all trade notes with each other -shakes head- so those with worse teachers won't do too badly on the road. Think of it this way, if we were to drive each other... we could either be equally as bad, or equally as safe =D huh? huh? yah.... byebye!

One of those lazy days.

I haven't done a single productive thing today. Am I proud of it? Well, I actually don't care. So this entire day has gone pretty much wasted. For the most part. I finished Prince of Persia: Two Thrones, but it wasn't worth it with a mouse and keyboard. A gamepad would have been nicer (in fact its recommended). I also ate lots of Smarties Ice Cream. That stuff is the greatest edible thing in the world (and I've had my share of edible things courtesy of my "friends"). The only thing comendable is the fact that I spent some time with Azereus (my bittorrent client program), and found out I could edit some things so that I always downloaded a decent rate and would upload at one too, enough so that I could keep my 2.0 share ratio up. Good for me, and people can't call me a leecher. Other then that, i've accomplished nothing. Ka-peesh....

Random Converstaion of the day:
"Oh my god, shes going to kill me!"
"Why? Is she waiting for you somewhere? What, what so funny?"

Bad luck

Ever have a something really important to do, but its the littlest thing that keep you from carrying it out. Well that happened to me last night/this morning. My mice had been acting up on me, dying off every 15 minutes only restarting once I crawled down under my desk and reconnected it. Well, after putting of getting a new mouse and doing my comp sci homework, they both decided to catch up to me at once. I had till midnight to email in my comp sci homework, whlie my mouse decided to die at a rate of every 5 minutes. That might seem fine, but I'd rather have a non working mouse then a mouse that pretends to be alive only to colapse when you need it the most. So by the end, I handed the file in an hour late, half working, and a new cordless mouse I bought a couple minutes ago from the same company that made my original mouse.

I'll give you a prize if you can figure out which trusted name brand for making quality computer software and hardware gave me all the problems I had.

Happy Birthday?

I (J)ust have this (o)dd odd feeling that it's someo(n)e's birthda(Y) soon... say tomorrow? i dunno... w(e)ll people could be re(a)ding this the day after i (p)osted this so...

for those reading on april 18th

I haf an odd feeling that it's someone's birthday soon... or like...today? weird... happy birthday whoever u may be =P

Tired and lonely

The house is empty, the only sounds coming out from the wind against the back windows and my computer speakers. The monitor seems a bit to bright in the dim lit room of the setting sun, but I decide that its just me. A shirts on the couch beside me, stained with the chocolate and cake of yesterday. An closed packages balances on the armrest, containing my videocard. But just like most of the day, the pain in my shoulders gets to me and I'm forced to reposistion myself.

Friday started off slow and ended fast. Went to my grandfather's house, only to remind myself of the divisions that linger in my fathers family. I remember feeling happy though, I think I managed to get something done I hadn't in a while, but it doesn't seem to be significant enough for me to remember now. Either way, I left there happy, dropped of at a friends house to celebrate the holiday as well as the three birthdays that passed in the last week, although it was never brought up. They did what they always did, while I barbequed in the back, the smoke burned into my clothing for the rest of the day. That took me to play pool, won a couple, lost a couple. I'm improving, although I'm not sure what I'm doing to make it so. Finished the day off to come to my cousin's house where i just relaxed the night away.

Saturday I don't remember too well. Besides buying a single shirt at Stitches, going to winners for my first and probably last time, the day came to an end early, since the rest was basically killing time for Sunday.

Sunday came, and I was headed downtown in that new shirt. I took part in the easter parade down on queen street. I overlooked the fact that the ttc might no have access to the parade, and I was late running from woodbine to victoria park, weaving through the crowd on the sidewalk setting themselves up for the parade. I managed to make it on time, exhausted, to the three decorated stretchers of the East General Hospital showing. There was probably about 10 people, including the parents and their kids. So I put on the whitelab coat with holes (the last one left), and waited for the parade to start. An hour later, it started, and i pulled a decorated strectcher from victoria park to woodbine. It was fun, I mean, it was exactly as I thought it would be so there were no suprises or disappointments. There was still an annoying thought in my mind of how unmulticultural the crowd was, except for the odd asian family/group. Then again, I didn't get a chance to check out all of the various float/acts. It seemed more like people were there to advertise various things then celebrate easter.

The parade ended, and I was driven to the nearest station and I headed home. The subway oddly empty, so things were quiet. I got home, only to be dropped off later at my cousin's 1 year old birthday party. It was a good way to end the night, with all of my maternal relatives present. I always love to hang out with them, everything feel so normal and complete with them lounging around. I ended up doing alot of work, picture taking and cleaning the rented hall up. I was exhausted from the hustle earlier in the day and the heavy lifting in the night.

So now the room is darker than it was when I first started this post.

This is this cat. This is is cat. This is how cat. This is to cat. This is keep cat. This is a cat. This is dumbass cat. This is busy cat. This is for cat. This is forty cat. This is seconds cat. * Now go back and read the THIRD word in each sentence from the top. Betcha you can't resist passing it on

I got that to kill my time a couple minutes ago, passed it on to Jon who figures it took him more that forty seconds. Just reminds me more of how we haven't done anything together is a long while, too long. So I'm out for now, with the homework still left to do.

No sleep club?

so while M&M goes off to the rom, as will everyone who sits near me in english, i'll have to settle for the no sleep club to finish of a law culminating project due tommorow, we had a week to do 10% of our total mark... will be fairly free after tommorow, just another day after that til the 4 day weekend...

That's it for me.. I'm out.

driving...?

hmm... i need to start taking classes and lessons. I've only drove once in a parking lot so i don't haf that much experience. But now that everyone's learning to drive, i'm starting to think "why pay insurance when u got friends who drive?" so yes, i encourage everyone to start learning to drive, i'll be in the back seat with a lot of pillows in case u crash. Don't worry, if u do crash, i'll lend u some pillows.

Friday... i didn't go to school, yay? no... that means i missed a lot of information and i didn't get to learn as much as the others. I had to take out all four of my wisdom teeth. I'm no longer wise... but i was never wise to start with so lalala. Now i can't eat anything solid. All i've been eating were cookies soaked in milk so it's soggy (tastes pretty good actually), and soup. I had so much liquid i don't think i can get sick. I don't know why, but i like the fact that i haf to take pills. haha. makes me feel important...somehow... ooooook. Also, my cheeks are verry puffy coz of the swelling...therefore i didn't shave for a while... i need to shave -.-"

So yah, time to move time forward an hour. ... one hour of my life wasted coz of the greeks... (it was the greeks rite?... well then again we gain that hour back in half a year...)

Are you really sure your okay with me doing that?

Good for you. M&... not gambling. Your parents will be very proud of you.

I just came back from driving lessons. With my dad that is, so the only expenses are time, gas, and faith. More so time than anything else. Two ours behind the wheel, and now my back is sweaty and my fingers numb, the later I'm not really sure how. So over all think I've done well, with roughly six hours behind the wheel. My dad doesn't really mind teaching, since he's been driving since her was around twelve (he's now over 50) and he taught most of my relatives, and he's driven on the autobahn for more than 13 years. So my guess is he has some idea with what he's doing. So after two hours driving around the agincourt mall parking lot, parking forewards, parking backwards, going over speed bumps, stopping at stop lights, an parking between cars (Are you really sure your okay with me doing that?), I still want to drive. So he says lets go home. See, in order for me to go home from agincourt mall, I'd have to go on the road. So i asked ( in tamil) "Are you really sure your okay with me doing that?" He just looked at me, gave me look, and then i did as he said. So I went home, tried some parallel parking with the cars on my Blvd (got it the first two times, messed up the 3 times after wards) and doubled back to stop across my house.

Driving's fun, still have to work on reverse parking, but its getting better... atleast I'd like to believe that. Well I'm out now.

Speaking of bluffs

Good for you. Dra... not skipping. Your parents will be very proud of you.

Speaking of bluffs, uu, me, some friends played poker on friday night/afternoon. We were planning on playing tennis, it was a nice day. It rained a bit so we decided to play some poker, although i sitll wanted to play tennis, we played in worser condition. Uu knows what I'm talking about. ( winter + tennis = nice fun combination, chilly breeze made my fingers numb, my hand bleed a bit. No pain no gain I guess, hell I don't believe that for one second.) So back to poker, we played as usuall, I knocked our 2 players quick early in the game, and another person who was distracted because he was playing guild wars, or halo later in the game. Uu knocked out the only white guy there, so we are playing heads out. Blinds were raised to 1000 and 500 from 50 and 100. We played a couple of hands exchangnig pots, soon I got tired and went all in with nothin seven high, and uu got a straight and beat me =D

Maybe we should help on the site, if I know what you guys want maybe I can conjure some magic in the layout.. first i need the dpi(doesnt really matter, since we wont be printing), and the sizes.

As ideas goes, I'm out of it, school has prevented me from reaching my creative side. Feel free to suggest anything, and ill see what i can do. Instead of making dra doing all the work.

Nothing more to report, unless you guys want to help me on my chem lab...

Do do do

Bluff the bluffs

Ever been to the bluffs before? Well, i hadn't until I skipped school for the first time. Then again, it was half day, or more like 2 hours, and I knew that I would be able to manage either way. So the bluffs I went, which is suprising close, especially to my school. Just hafta keep going south on brimely, which make the bluffs easily accessible on bike. The ideas are starting to develop, but the though of one more friday to deal with pretty much puts the ideas into the back of my mind. I'm staring at a possible new video card, if i can get it fixed under warranty. I mean, you can only stare a monitor with a blue grid on it for so long... right? Either way, its something for me to hope that comes together.

Another thing i hopes come together is my sister's job. Yeah, that's right, my sister applied to work before I ever did, at the police station through some Youth Policing Program i told her about. There no point in anybody looking into now, since the deadline has passed as of writing this post. God time fly by fast when you don't want it to. So the changes in my house include a new range, with a oven that works, and new lights that aren't lethal to the vertically superior. Both welcome changes, especially the lights, since i can now skip through the halls knowing my forehead won't become the next light fixture.

So now thats done, I can study for the quiz i skipped on wednesday, write some makeshift essay, and read a multicultural novel in the next couple of days. All great fun for the procrastinator inside of me, but not exactly great for the one that wants to do well in school.

tic tac ...

posting spree... yes 2 is a long streak for me...

so yesterday was the 1day break, as the gr 10s did their eqao thing, and the afternoon was filled with teachers telling us not to come. One teacher though said that we would have a test if we misbehaved, but then we'd have to attend first to do that... slept in to 9, not a true sleep in, but i'd be late for school so its fine... there was supposed to be a movie to go to but then as plans go, nobody wanted to go anymore... so it was a day spent lazing away, random food trips, the computer, and random web site browsing... then realizing later that night that i had school the next day...

the day before that, the tennis courts were open, 2 of the 3 had nets up and were full when we got there... so we practiced on the empty court with no net, and its so much harder. after a while one court freed up so then we played for the first time in what seems like a very long time, played for at least 1 1/2 hours, was sore by the end of it due to lack of stretching and just the lack of playing it in so long...

a post.

Monday t.v is just asking for homework not to be done... first of all theres prision break at 8am, (still trying to figure out what is actually going on in the show, and why it takes an entire season just to escape), and then at 9 theres either 24 or the apprentice, 24 is nearing its end so i dont really want to get into watching it, and well the apprentice is a comedy, its hilarious how stupid people are on that show... so homework either comes before or after, doing it before goes against procrastinating, and doing it later is usually interupted by something like blogging or random website browsing...

this week will be a lazy week, as it revolves around not having to go to school on wednesday due to the gr 10s having their Eqao literacy test, meaning school starts at 1ish, so the periods are 25 mins long or so and meant to be a *tutorial period where you can get one on one help. and with some teachers hinting for us to not show up and others telling us not to show up, i'm projecting for there to be no school...

got accepted again as a staff assistant at a music camp in the first week of june ( more volunteer hours , some money, and no school ) but then good/bad that i have to write my math exam there, but its math so...

hockey wise: recently started watching the leafs again, and they dont seem likely to make it to the playoffs this year(been a long time since this happened) , pat quin probably should be fired, they have used a new goalie "aubin" or something, played well but still like telqvist better, even with the games against montreal...

Hmm... this blog is sad. so i'll just fill it up with as much useless things as possible to get it to at least 500 posts.

hmm... i should start posting how forgetful i am, so i should prolly start now. I may forget to do this though.

Ok, so today. I go down to get my cell phone, to make sure no one called me (no one ever does), so i end up going down, and i go to the kitchen. Start looking at food for a few minutes. Deep inside me i know i'm not there for food, which is weird. So i go bak to the living room, and i finally remember!

There were other times when i had to go down to get something but i ended up going to the washroom...

so i guess no ones posting...

a weeks past since the break, schools still adjusting to it, not too much homework and such...
But...
march leads to Culminating which leads to april which leads to Culminating which leads to may which leads again to Culminating...

I see a pattern happening here

Its march break, and the only homework i have is a computer science program and a lab for biology. Currently sick with something serious... atleast if was for my dad and sister, I've managed to fight it off with alot of spitting of mucus in varients of green, yellow and the reddy, bloody, brown. Of course, with all of this, there is a cost.... intense compression of brain and burning in the sinus. GREAT FUN!!!

In contrast to my collegue below, I have the entire week free, with exception me and my parents trying to get me a driving instructor, bowling with friends from school tomorrow (most of whom I got really sick, but they don't know that yet) and taking my cousins to the science centre... by myself.

I've been trying to keep myself busy buy obtaining myself a copy of the to-be-release-still-testing-unofficial-bugfilled beta copy of Office 2007 and Windows Vista. It looks cool and all and the search thing is amazing and useful, but I've mostly been using the media centre edition software to listen to music. All good fun until it crashes horribly and go back to normal XP.

As far as school is concerned, I've been getting really low in english and i don't even know why, just passing mostly... AND I'M TRYING FOR ONCE! Physics i'm the best in my class... which isn't saying much as nobody else seems to know or care whats going on, and comp sci is alot of relaxation and Bio has been ups and downs. Oh, and that reminds me that I have volunteering this week and East General hospital. The work is interesting, I like the people I'm partnered up with, but the only people you see are sad, sick, lost, angry, and complaining people. There is however the exception of delivery people and people visiting newborns and their mothers.

Maybe I'll post again before then end of this week, so until then...

a week of being sick... more like half

Well, the once a year sickness has finally caught up to me... i've got some rule where i always get sick at least once a year, usually it happens at the beginning of winter, so this year november and december pass by, even the winter break, then jan, feb follow, and then even snow stops... Then i get sick... Right before the march break where teachers love to throw tests, quizes and assignments at you...

A lockdown rehersal for the first time during i think english or something near the beginning of the week... apparently the method was to all crowd around the middle, but if someone was dangerous than arent we just saying "here we made it easier for you"... our english teacher was serious about it, apparently in the school she came from it happened all the time *scary... ok then coincidentally i get home wednesday, and someone messages me "there was a shooting at school today"... ok so apparently my sister was at school when this happened around 4:00 and 300-400 people were packed into the caf which isnt exactly big... well so much for any school being called safe, oh well too much GTA...

March break's here and yet already i've seen it pass, My week is pretty much booked up right til the last sunday before school starts which seems to be for many the day when homework gets done... Today's saturday and was spent being dragged to a uft engineering seminar learning a bit, but seeing more of uft trying to sell itself... tomorow and monday going to be a minivaction with the family, driving down to niagra falls, then coming back tues to friday for driving school classroom sessions... and well saturday, saturdays are always busy... well a happy lazy march break to all...

recent interests: "searching list of webcomics" on wikipedia and going from there... watching random videos on youtube, break etc (the music video for wonderwall by oasis is pecuiliar i knew it was an old song but...) people actually put alot of time into some of these... and learning "flight of the bumblebee" if i cant play it faster than i can hum than i cant play it yet.
