Its been a bit too long of a while

Well, I’m experimenting by making a post in Word 2007. Hopefully it works, and doesn’t crash, or something like that. So to catch up since my last post:

1) Got a job at Gala Travels Inc. as IT through Tropicana Job Agency where my cousin works

2) I work 35 hours a week and lost a lot of contact from friends

3) Worked 4 weeks and made about $1400

4) Work finished, on the first day of September (I actually started work on the first of August)

5) On labour day, went shopping with my cousin and spent $220 on clothes and lunch, the most money I’ve spent on myself at one time and also the first time I bought clothes in 2 years (yes, that’s how sad it is). I managed to finally get a Spring/Summer/Fall jacket after just using my 3-in-1 winter jacket since grade 8

6) Started school like everyone else, Geometry and Discreet Math (Al-Geo from now on), Chemistry, Physics and Engineering (Contemplating on dropping a very slow and currently very useless course as I no more than what they’ll teach, but it is an easy grade)

7) Finished off the worst week I’ve had academically – I knew everything I need to know perfectly but thorough my own procrastination

a. With a corrupted calculator screen, I did my math test (easy as hell as it was all from the homework) in twice the amount of time that it should have taken me and did not have time to complete one question

b. Handed in an incomplete Chemistry Lab because I procrastinated on doing as much of it at home, and ended up trying to do a complete lab write-up in half a period and lunch

c. Did not complete a physics quiz (lost 6 out of 25 marks) even though I knew my stuff completely, all because I was too cheap to buy a good calculator AND decided to do things the long and hard way (calculations instead of scale drawings)

d. Handed in an incomplete Chemistry Lab because I procrastinated on doing as much of it at home, and ended up trying to do a complete lab write-up in half a period and lunch

e. I didn’t follow instructions on a test (it was for engineering, just read all the questions first, and the last question is to just raise your hand and not do the test)

8) Went To STC with Gary, in search of new shoes (finally bought new black shoes a week before this post after I a rip in my shoes-so-small-they-hurt that caused my feet to flood and me come home with wrinkly feet with dry ankles) and me shopping around for gym equipment. I ended up with:

a. a brochure form Sears on the equipment they had

b. drinking 2 37 cent bottled pop with Gary and Walmart (Deepak – Kola Champagne and Mango drink, which is nasty, and Gary almost drank all of it until I dumped the last part out)

c. Walking around the mall so many times out legs hurt, forcing us to sit when we can (that, and the Mango drink tasted so bad it hurt my stomach, that’s what 37 cents gets your)

d. Walking outside of the mall, down to national sports, in search of more shoes (and a jacket for Gary)

e. To a not yet opened Winners

f. Then further north to Sheppard to Staples, where I finally bought a calculator… that can do quadratics for me

g. and back home, and after some research, deciding to relax on buying white shoes until a certain pair shows up on pickyourshoes.com (I wanna get good shoes online, cheaper then here in Canada)

So now that were caught up with what I can remember, I now have to worry about a lot of homework, a birthday party that I want to go to but can’t, finding that right gym set, and cutting my hair.

Oh, and sleep.

(It didn't work in word, so i just copied and pasted to blogger)
