I wonder where its coming from....

That was the thought going through my head as I was crouched in front of my locker, switching from my white shoes to black one and putting what I needed into my bag. It was then that I noticed the two orange/brown stripes on my pants. I thought it was rust, but it definitely smelled like shit. Yeah, that's right, shit. Also known as pooh, feces, anal droppings, excretion, dodo, (made up the anal droppings right now, don't know if people say that though). I couldn't help but wonder if anybody else noticed the smell. So I went to my first period math class and sat down while I attempted to finish my science lab that I didn't get to and do the homework that our teacher was checking. The smell was starting to get unbearable so I took out my Swiss army cologne (keep it in my bag with an extra lock for working out at the YMCA). I sprayed it on and tried to use the alcohol as a detergent as I rubbed the stain using my pants. The colour went away but there were still reminants of the smell mixed with the mildness of the cologne. I put the cologne back into my bag and my bag fell over. It was then that I noticed on the bottom the same orange/brown mark. It was then that it hit me; I had stepped in pooh while taking the bus to school. On bus ride, I stepped back and fourth in the same spot adjusting as people moved around me. As my bag was what people were trying to maneuver around, I put it on the floor between my feet. It was then that the bottom got the pooh. After a while, a seat in front of me got cleared so I sat down and put my bag on my lap. This transferred it to not only my pants but also my hand (although you couldn't see it on my hands and there was a faint smell there). As I got up and left the bus, it also got transferred to the very bottom back of my white shirt, where I also found the stain.

With my new found mystery solved, I used up a good portion of my cologne using the alcohol to clean the stain and smell from my pants, bag, and shirt. My friend in my second period accounting class gave me some alcohol lotion as I told him my story. He laughed and helped me out. So the went by alright and I could still smell a hint of it but it was probably because I had breathed in so much and nobody else complained about the smell. By the time school ended, I found the pooh on the bottom of my right shoe and damn did it smell. Thankfully, there was still grass outside to rub it out on.

So school ended, about three hours early. We had a half day today because of last year grade twelve grads coming back for their commencement. I ended up walking about a kilometer to catch Saw II at cineplex odeon at warden and eglington. We got there at 1:15pm for the 1:45 show, but the movie was 18a and non of us were able to talk the cashier to selling us tickets. After trying for half an hour, we found a 18 year old African-Canadian women who was willing to "supervise" us and they let us in two minutes after the movie started. I didn't see the original saw, but the movie was actually pretty good. It had a major twist about 15min before the 90min film ended. It was worth the 18a rating with all the gore, blood, profanity, violence, and the psychological thriller. Oddly though, I didn't actually get scared. It made me think, and got me by surprise, but I wasn't scared and I didn't look away. I think I've become really desensitizing to all the blood and gore from so many video games and CSI episodes (the main cause of not finishing homework).

The movie ended and we walked around as the 11 of us made our way to the home outfitters next door and lounged around and took pictures on the only digital camera we had. A lot of fun, and only two people weren't Muslim and three people weren't fasting so we ended up not figuring out what to do next so we all went home. This was around the time my sister called and she and her friends were at STC and most of them didn't know how to get home. I didn't know how to help here so I headed to STC to pick her up. I met another group of friends there and I waited as one of my friends drove my sister and his back to their house so my sister could pick up her backpack she dropped off. I played paid and watched as the others played airhockey and raced each other on one of the racing games in the famous player arcade.

I came home and managed to make some story up to my parents about why we were so late (6pm). They didn't know that it was a half day, but they wouldn't have minded that as long as we didn't do anything we should and we didn't come home as late as we did, which is why they asked in the first place. It was also interesting as a lot of people found out that my sister and I were related, I mean, we don't exactly look alike. I spent the rest of the evening walking over to my uncles house who moved into the apartment beside leacock which puts most of my family within 30min of walking time.

I would usually screw gary up right about now and say that my story about pooh was false... but the sad truth is that it wasn't. I still have the smell locked in my nose even now and its really, really irritating.... I would burn all my clothes, but I can't afford to buy new ones so I have a lot of thorough laundry to do... very thorough laundry....

LOL! aw man! that's crazy stuff! I woulda been panicking if that happend to me! but then again i go home for lunch so just as long as i make it through the first two periods i'm fine. But wow! wht a great experience u had. Teaches us all to bring purel with us and cologne/deodorant with us everywhere. some may ask "shouldn't you already be doing that", to you i say "no..." but now i will... once i get enough money.

I was going to go see saw II today... but i had other stuff to do and we found out it was 18A during physics so we... well I didn't go, maybe the others did.
