Perfect Days

The weather outside is just awesome! I love this weather. The smell outside brings nice memories.

It was so nice that I decided to have an adventure... by myself again. Mostly coz I don't think anyone I know would be stupid enough to do it with me. I'll explain what I really did, then try to equate it into Toronto terms so it's easier to understand.
The goal of this adventure was to go to a place called Upper Room. It's kind of like Mitchells (since Jon knows of it) basically a christian book store. Now, London buses are very annoying as they make unexpected turns which tend to make you lose your sense of direction. I've taken the bus I took many times before, but never to the goal of today. I usually take this bus to get to the Wal-mart superstore. Which... is what eventually ended up happening. So I walked from the Wal-mart superstore which is at Hyde Park, to Wonderland Rd. which is where Upper Room is. That took maybe 20 minutes. Spent about an hour in there looking at books, bought a CD. Then I didn't bother taking the bus coz it's just annoying so I chose to walk home. That would be walking from Wonderland to Richmond (Masonville).

So to kinda put things into perspective. It would kinda be like walking from Kennedy and Sheppard to Fairview Mall. Starting from Kennedy, and walking to Pharmacy. Then walking from Pharmacy and finishing the trip off at Fairview. Although rite now, it seems really easy in my mind. That's only because living in Toronto, you develop landmarks to know how your progressing. This was a new adventure... so I had no idea how far everything was so it did seem a bit longer than it probably was. Still, I got my sun time, and I was reading as I was walking. There were a few hills on the way, but good exercise overall. And then I walked home. Which is another block of walking.
